If you become a client of Harmony Health Clinic, we will collect personal information from you that may include medical and health information, payment and billing information, and contact information so that we may serve you properly. This information will only be collected with your consent. We keep your information safe by using a secured cloud-based practice management system (Cliniko) designed specifically for health clinics, and your naturopath is the only person who has access to the information you provide.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. Information collected by Harmony Health Clinic is only used to provide you with our health consultation services or to provide you with information regarding these services. All personal information supplied will remain within our organisation and will not be shared with any external entity unless prior permission is given by you. Your personal information will not be sold, distributed or published in any manner whatsoever. Personal information is only accessible by your naturopath who requires access to that information in order to serve you.
Any third party service providers that require personal or health information will only receive it with your consent. All such parties are also bound by confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. Harmony Health Clinic will only release your personal information with your consent or if required to do so by law.
By utilising Harmony Health Clinic, you are consenting to the collection and use of personal and health information as set out in this policy. Any changes to the policy will be immediately communicated through the Harmony Health Clinic website.
